Scouts and Parents

Our Troop will be attending the District Fall Camporee at Silver Lake Regional Park September 26-28. The theme is "Kon-Tiki Raft Race". The "Kon-Tiki raft race", in the context of Scouting, is a patrol competition during which teams of Scouts build and race their own rafts. Additionally, an egg must be cooked onboard using a patrol manufactured “Hobo stove,” with wood fire and matches. Patrols will also compete at various skills stations in the afternoon.

Starting on Wednesday September 3rd all scouts will be required to wear their Class A Uniforms with Neckerchief to Troop Meetings
